[1] Name and designation of the Chief Guest present at the event.
[2] Name and designation of the person who inaugurated the session.
[3] Objective / purpose of organizing the event.
[4] List of dignitaries who attended the event, along with their designations.
[5] Total number of students benefited from the event.
[6] Venue / location where the event was conducted.
